Unity Gateway Church offers beautiful spiritual wedding
ceremonies especially for you and yours. Our service is heartfelt, meaningful and personal.
You are welcome to write your own vows, use our ceremony or a little of both. It is not always easy to put on paper feelings from your heart. If you are an inner faith couple, possibly you would want to incorporate special aspects of both of your faiths in the service. We also have special ideas to involve or recognize family members in your ceremony if you choose. This can include special recognition for mothers, children, extra parents (step-parents) or even people who have passed. We are open to your ideas and can make suggestions to help you create your special day.
We offer spiritual ceremonies rather than religious ceremonies. What is the difference people often ask? There are few denominations that have a "set" wedding ceremony. In other words, there is not a Baptist, Methodist, or Jewish ceremony. Even within the Catholic faith, ceremonies vary. People often say, "I just want the regular ceremony." .

We do not require premarital counseling. If you feel you would like to have counseling or cover issues that concern you as a couple, we will be happy to assist you with this. Premarital counseling is something important to consider. We consider this a decision the couple should make. You also do not have to be a member of our church or faith.
We have musicians available. She/he can play the bride's song or a special song just for you. Also, if you like she/he can sing special music. This is a special arrangement made with the musicans.
We will help make your wedding ceremony personal, joyful, spiritual, and most importantly, meaningful. Give us a call. We travel to you home, your location, or ours. Our fees are reasonable and very affordable.
So the difference between a spiritual ceremony and a religious ceremony is that no particular faith is recognized. Spiritual ceremonies have God mentioned and honored yet, there is no particular faith mentioned. If you are not particularly religious and do not consider yourself spiritual, we have ceremonies that will speak to your hearts also.
